Set a comfortable baseline
A relaxed dry breath hold generates the timing for your plan. Stop as soon as you need to breathe.
Structured dry breath-hold training
Freedive Trainer turns a comfortable baseline into a clear sequence of guided sessions, recovery intervals, and visible progress.
The first guided session is free. Pro unlocks the remaining plan.
How it works
Sessions advance when you complete them—not because a calendar day has passed. The original training values remain spaced by recovery locks.
A relaxed dry breath hold generates the timing for your plan. Stop as soon as you need to breathe.
Complete 21 guided CO₂ and O₂ sessions across a 28-day cadence, with 24- or 48-hour recovery spacing.
Track completed sessions and personal-best history, then take an optional comfortable retest after the final session.
Read before training
Only use Freedive Trainer while sitting or lying down somewhere safe and dry.
Never hyperventilate. Stop immediately for discomfort, dizziness, or as soon as you need to breathe.
This app is not medical advice, a medically validated programme, or certified freediving instruction.
Simple access
Baseline testing, personal-best history, and the first guided session remain free.
